i have using a modded Xbox360 for year a now.. never connected to XBL and i don't intend to do so..
i do MS updates using a flash drive and PC..
i don't check whether the copies are stealth or not
and i don't have any idea about the IXTREME version..

yet yesterday, i downloaded the latest update from MS using a flash drive.. and now i'm playing a MW2 copy just perfectly, is this good??

one more thing please, could this way keep me safe from Banning?

MKB88 are you asking if M$ are applying the effects of the ban through offline updates?

If that is the case you will never know as you won't see your profile corrupted unless you try your hdd in another xbox and as you never connect to live then you won't find out that way either.

IMHO it don't really matter to you as you won't ever be affected by it anyway.
