PortIO32.exe Error Message

Hello all,
When I try to install portio i get this message:
"The following was not installed: PortIO32 Port I/O Driver. An error occurred during installation of the device. The system cannot find the file specified"
I have already tried:
redownloading
turning off antivirus
uninstalling antivirus
installing from jf folder.


Any help is appreciated.
