I know that there is already a thread for other solutions to playing lan games but the threads seem to be full of crap that does not help us. We all know about vpn software but it does not work for eveyone. this thread is all about gathering information for creating a server that will bypass the ping limit. Saying it can't be done is just plain stupid. If code can be written to have a ping limit we can find a way around it to eliminate it.

If you have any knowlege on packet sniffing or using any of the other software that will obtain the same information. We know that the ping limit is on the disc itself so if anyone knows how to hack into the files and alter them then that would be a good start. If you are already banned then it won't matter if the disc is bigger or smaller. All the info has to be there or else a retail game would not boot. Its just a matter of finding it. I hope this thread can help everyone.

Also no fighting over stupid things like opinions. Just use facts.

This is not possible. The ping limit is built into each game. This can be proven by playing a xbox 1 game and the ping limit goes away. This has already been thought up many times. no way around it.

Not to go against what I have said in my first post but i have seen to many other posts that you have tried to drive everyone to your post. I am going in a different direction than your post because your post is just the same old rinse and repeat approach with the vpn software. Just look at the last 3 pages, its the same question asked over and over again. I am looking for people who are willing to try somethings and work together as a team to find a work around.

Also I mentioned the ping limit being on the disc then lets find a way to change the iso to take that ping limit out. If we are banned already what does it matter if it throws up red flags to M$ they can't get to us anyway. If it was written originaly then it can be re-written.

as i suggested in the other thread, setup your router to forward all icmp back at your 360, and see if that works

Well that is something that i have not tried. How exactly would it work. I have a wrt54g linsys router it seems to be pretty user friendly. Thanks for your reply this is the kind of information that we can all use to try to get around the ping limit. Even if it doesn't work it may lead to something that will.
