Hello dudes,I used the wave converter to convert tekken 6 to wave 3,I burned it and put it in my 360.When i try to play it it says i need to update my 360.When i install the update,the console restarts,and once the console boots the notice pops up again and says that i need to update..again.I have updated 10 times.I tried to play assassins creed 2 but the same thing happens.[I can play wave 3 games and my drive is Samsung] (btw srry admin but i have searched the forrum for a similar problem but i have not found anything)Cheers :)

i had same problem with a couple games, mw2 and assassins cred 2.
the fix for me was, i used mw2 orig game and finished the update, now both systems will boot any game that i patch. but i too would like more info on this problem, maybe someone else has more info on it.

You can also update your console via USB and this will fix the problem. I assume this is due to the wave patcher removing update partition and keeping the update.

search for the fall 08 update in xbox.com or somewhere else, copy it to a pen rive, and plug it in your xbox.
