I have a frined that say that hes bro took his xbox to his friend and open it and now he say is not the same drive... the xbox only read dvd movies not games now lol so... If he wants to swap drive, he needs dvd key or can he flash any drive and put it on the xbox 360? he got a Samsung TS-H943 but he say is not the drive he had. when he put a game it say " please insert this dvd into a xbox 360"

It sounds like one of two things have happened, either your friends 'bro's' friend has indeed put the wrong drive back in the xbox360 or he's screwed the flash up and is trying to cover it up. what ever happens you need the original DVD key to put back into a donor drive or re-flash the sammy he now has.

If there was a mixup with DVD's then he needs to tell his mate and get him to sort out which other xbox he had open for repair / flash at the same time and swap them back - this happened with my lite-on before i bought my own probe, sent the drive off and got the wrong one back :( had to then resend it back to the guy and wait for him to repatriate me with the right drive lol.
