Okay, I've read bits and peices on this subject just by reading other peoples threads, but I never seem to find all the info I need.
Here's the deal.

I have a flashed elite console that was recently banned, and it has it's own 20 gig HD. (Why use the 120gig if I cant install games or download stuff from xbl?)

And I have a NON-modified console sporting my 120gig hd. My main profile is currently on the non-modded console. I've had that GT ever since the 360 came out. ALL gamesaves are attached to it, so is game content, and I have a decent gamerscore.

I want to use THAT gamertag on my flashed console for a few reasons, mainly because i already have game saves, and I don't want to start over. Plus it would be nice to boost my gamerscore. But I DO NOT want to do it if means getting my non-modded console banned, or the gamertag itself banned.

I've read from other posts here that if you only have ONE harddrive, it won't work because when you use your GT on the banned console, then swap the HDD back to the non-modded, it'll show your gamertag as being corrupted. Which means I'll need to recover it, thus, losing all gamerscore points achieved and stuff.
BUT, I've never read anything about having two HDDs, and trying to swap the GT using a memory card. Would that work?

I have a few other ideas, too, but my MAIN concern is, will this get my non-modded console banned, or even that gamer-tag?

Thanks guys. This is one of the few forums out there that I can always expect accurate information and help.

This.

Its not a matter of how many HDDs you have, its a matter of moving the GT back and forth. As soon as you use any GT on a banned console and then try to use it on a non-modded (regardless of how you move it), it will be seen as corrupt, and anything you earned from the banned will not be recognized.

As for the non-modded console itself, the corrupt GT shouldnt have any affect, with one caveat, people have had their GTs (not console) banned for playing and earning achievements early, and we're not sure if that info would be sent to MS even if the GT is corrupt.

Thankyou. Here's another question. Lets just say I want that one particular GT on the modded console, just because of the gamesaves that are attached to it. (I realize by doing this, I cannot increase my GS on the banned/modded console.)

Could I connect a memory card to the banned xbox360, then copy my GT from the MC to the banned 360's HDD, THEN use my non-modded console to recover my GT, in order to have that same (USABLE) on two consoles at once?

I know that this can happen: Lets say I go to my friends house and decide to recover my GT so I can play at his house. And when I come home later and try to sign into my OWN xbox (this is a pretend story, so its not modded) it says I need to recover my GT, because it was moved when I recovered it earlier at my friends house.

BUT. Seeing as I don't even have an ethernet cord plugged into my banned xbox anymore, couldnt I have working copy of my GT on both consoles, without having to recover it?
(I realize by doing this, and GS points earned or saves will NOT transfer from the modded xbox. The only reason I want to do this is because I already have a save in Forza3 with the game 3/4ths of the way completed, and I dont want to have to start over on a new GT, or have to recover my current one each time.)

Yes. That would work.
