i had a ps3 when it first came out then had to sell it with my 15 games which i worked hard for . when my wife brought me a xbox 360 this year
yeah not bad games are so dear so i got it modded after building my games up its time to get back on the great ps3 wagon again for pure hd
.did a good swap with a kid down my street for his 60gig ps3 and 4 games for me modded xbox 360 60 hd and 44 cough cough games lol
for all you xbox 360 peeps out there microsoft is a rip off
you get a media center on ps3 . free online play . and a upgradable hdd
yeah well happy now only thing is now i have to buy all my batman films again on blu ray lol something xbox dont have
keep up the afterdawnsite peeps its the best out there

well i was happy with my ps3
now i have a red flashing light and 2 beeps withen 24 hours
sony say its overheating where have you
got the ps3 i said on a large black glass tv stand
bloody thing now i have to save up till after xmas now for a slim version .god dam you ps3 your bad as xbox plus i just spent £60 on games argh
pal ps3 slim 120gb hdd version great

Jason, just admit you are so angry with Microsoft because you were banned from Xbox Live. You knew the risk when you modded it, and so just accept it.
I bought a PS3 early and then sold it, my 360 got banned recently, so got another PS3 and had a unmodded 360 already so all good. PS3s are great, much sleeker and much more reliable than the 360, as everyone knows. The only reason a lot of people bought a 360 was to mod it; otherwise we wouldn't have.

You can try to repair it by your self or you can send it to Sony to repair it for you, either way if it is indeed just an OH issue you dont have to spend money for a new one or wait till christmas.
Give it a try, you dont have nothing to loose.

ended up selling for parts and buying a
new ps3 slim for £229 from toyrus
must say worth it the slim is miles better and dont get hot
love it
i was not banned on xbox360 as i dont have xbox live or full boardband
i only upgrade the software by web site with flash drive pen
