Hi all, I know this may have been covered in which case a bunch of links to the posts would be useful. I have been looking through for the last 4 or 5 days and my head is spinning so I decided to post and just ask my question. Which is the following:

I have an original 60GB Ps3 and a pretty run of the mill Dell Latitude. I have used TVersity for about a year now and find it to be effective at playing media back from my laptop. I am now getting into Downloading HD 720p and 1080p films from the internet as I am sure a lot of others are, I spend a long time downloading them and would like to stream them to my PS3.

I have got this working so I can see an image however the "green Bar" issue is occurring and also the picture is kind of shadowing the main image a couple of times. I tried the DeMuxing process but this didn't seem to help.

I am going to try this evening, to install my laptop according to the guide to installing TVersity with PS3 in mind. However started this last night and got a Bootmgr missing error which I will sort.

Can anyone explain the whole process to me so I can understand it all better... please

This will not answer your question but have you try Java PS3 media server?

yha, Java's PS3 media server is much better then Tversity

Sorry I haven't replied yet but it is good news the Java PS3 Media Streamer is a thing of pure beauty. I am a geek and I like geeky things. this is a super geeky thing and I like it.

Running on wireless and from a run of the mill Dell Laptop its perfect
