Guide:Booting wave 4 on Ixtreme 1.6 with activate iso.

THIS WILL ONLY WORK ON 1.6, ANYTHING LOWER AND IT WON'T WORK!
1: You need your Activate.iso file! grab it here
http://www.jungleflasher.net/files/activate.rar extract the rar file using winrar.
2: Once you have the activate.iso file, you wanna drag and drop or save it to your desktop.
3: Insert a DVD+R DL into your dvd burner
4: Now open up Activate.iso with any burning software you use. (I.E. Imgburn, Clonecd, etc? I personally use Imgburn? )
5: Now in your burning program go into your write setting tab and make sure your layerbreak is set to the Calculate Optimal setting. Also check your booktype for DVD+R DL and make sure its on the DVD-ROM setting and that your write speed is at 2.4x.
6: Start Burn!
7: As soon as the burn starts a message will pop saying, ?that the image is small enough for a regular DVD R, do you want to continue anyway??
(You wanna choose yes because burned to a regular DVDR the Activate.iso wont work!!!)
8: Next another message will pop saying, ?even though the image is small enough to fit into one layer its best to write in both layers, do you wanna go away from the norm and write in only one layer?? (Now I wanna stress?READ THIS MESSAGE CAREFULLY!!!!)
Choosing ?Yes? will cause all data to be written into the first layer.
Choosing ?No? will cause data to be writing into both layers.
CHOOSE YES!! (this used to say no which has lead to a lot of people wasting DLDVDs)
9: It will burn then finish?
10: Insert the Activate.iso disk into your xbox 360. It will read for a little longer than usual then finally it will say ?Play DVD?. Press ?A? on your controller and a video should pop saying, ?Play this disk in an xbox 360 console?.
This is how you know you?ve burned the iso sucessfully!!
11: Now just eject the Activate.iso disk and insert your unstealthed, modified or Hybrid disk and it will load!!!

Does this disc have to be inserted for every time you want to play a wave 4+ gameor is it one time activation?

The download is actually a .rar file that will need extracting with winrar to give you the .iso file.

You need to extract the .rar file with winrar so that it gives you the .iso file :)

hei guyz, m Sorry.. I ask'd the question wrong... I meant 2 ask. Do I hav 2 extract the iso file? coz it opens with my winrar. so when I burn the disk, do i directly locate the iso file or the contents in the iso file? I burnt the direct file of activate.iso. nd the xbox does show the 'to play this disc, put it in an xbox 360 console'
I eject the disc, put in the game divinity II, and still the Play DVD shows...
Where Did I go Wrong? Sorry if m botherin u guyz..

You burn the .iso file to a dl+r disc.
Try this, when you put the activate disc in, as soon as it says play dvd eject and put the game in, if that doesn't work you've either burnt it wrong or you don't have 1.6.

I think this may be my problem; That im not on 1.6. How would I flash it to 1.6? Also I don't care about stealth, so can you explain how I would flash a ixtreme without stealth protection? I Don't play on live, thanks. This will save me MANY headaches later.. cheers

hei i did burn it on dl+r disc. and abt 1.6 i recently(2 or 3 mnths ago) hackd my xbox. Its playin all the games b4 3 or 4 months.. the latest game was prtotype i guess.. its all playing. bt wen i tried 2 play COD MW2 it din work. yet borderland is working.. Whats The REAL problem? i don't undrstand.

Borderlands is wave 3 so you don't need activate.iso for that.
What drive do you have?

i dun knw abt which drive i hav coz I, myself didn't hack it.. i gave it 2 someone else. i paid him. and i dun wanna pay him again 4 it.. coz its jst been 2 or 3 months.. PROTOTYPE is runnin.. which wave is it? Batman akhram asylum

If someone else flashed it for you then they might of put 1.51 on your console which also plays wave 3 games, all those games you listed are wave 3 except tomb raider which is wave 2.

so that means i can't play new games untill update the firmware again.. man, it costs alot for me, and evry 2 to 3months i hab 2 do it again again and again.. dat wud really be crap.
BUT, someone told me that if the PROToTYPE work'd on mine den the BOOT DISK wud work as fine... Is there sumthin on that or is it jst crap.

Thats just crap, prototype works on 1.51 as it's a wave 3 game, do you use xbox live if not you could always patch the iso's to a lower wave.

Nope.. i hav neva used it.. neva hav 2.. what do u mean by patch the game? but in order 2 patch ,i again hav 2 burn it rite? nd inorder 2 burn i need DL dvd.. hehehe it too costs alot here, where I live. nd if i hab 2 patch all the games den, it will cost me lot more den hacking it again. I knw i'm sounding tooo money money.. bt yet, IT WILL COST ME right.. hehehehe. hei sicdude, thanx really for helpin out man... really appreciate it...

yea old games are working anywayz.. So inorder 2 play NEW games i will hab 2 patch it rite. i hab over 30 old games. I'm a Game freak. its not that I will just buy 1 or 2 games, I go and buy 4 or 5 games [CopiedGames] at once..
Hei cud u tell me how I upgrade my firmware to 1.6.
