My console was banned in the rescent wave, my question is if i buy a new console will i be banned again for using the same IP address and also can i use the same GT??

If you don't mod it you wont be banned. Yes, you can use the GT aslong as it isn't banned too

Unless you have a static IP, your IP changes all the time.

Just to clarify about my IP address i checked on the internet protocol properties and it says obtain an IP address automatically am i right in saying my IP address is not static??

correct. and as far as the new console getting banned, like WJ99 said as long as it's not modded(bans are for those who got caught with their hands in the cookie jar!

Not correct. All this means is your IP is being assigned automatically from the router. In a nutshell, if you're using cable and not a business you should be DHCP.
