NCAA Basketball 10 burn problems

I have a samsung with 1.51. I'm patching all the new wave 4 and 5 games with abx and they all work except this one. it was dl from a feline tracker and I updated abx to the current version. I'm patching it to work on 1.51 the way the tutorial says but with this particular iso, it runs through the CRC check by % and it takes forever. then when I load it, it is just at the xbox logo screen. anyone else have this problem or have any advice?

update firmware.

without updating firmware(which I know), by patching games should still be able to be played, but what is wrong with this one?

because its a pain in the ass to pull apart the 360 and go through all of that when 1. I don't play live and 2. it takes 2 seconds to patch. But my question is, is there a difference between L4D, COD2 and this Ncaa bball game. because all of those patched fine with abx and this doesn't. does anyone know?
