k to get started i am a noob to this stuff so i got specif questions!

what do these statements mean?

"I got baned for the resent wave"
what is a wave?
and if u don't play online with ur backup games can u still get banned?
if u can cant you just disconnect your either net cable before playing games so u wont be ban?
