Back--up wbfs drive

I have looked around and am having trouble finding info on how to make an image of my 160gb wbfs drive. I would like to keep a back-up copy of the drive on a separate hard drive. I have a 1tb drive i use for all my back ups, and would like to make an image of the wbfs drive on the 1tb drive. can Norton ghost or arconis do this? is there another method?

The WBFS Manager for Wii is an application to load ISO files to harddrive but it also has a feature to clone the drive.

I've used this before and was able to directly copy the same files over to new harddrive.
