I've heard that System Link still works if your console is banned, my friend's one was recently banned, I've stayed offline since earlier this year.. so I have no idea about mine.

Anyway, I was just wondering if it was actually safe to play System Link with a banned console and a non-banned console without compromising the non-banned console?

I only ask because I want to play with my friend, but I'm paranoid about being banned.

I've never heard anything saying that you can increase your chances of being flagged by playing system link games with a banned 360 against an unbanned unit.

Surely it's just like playing head to head over XBL but without M$ monitoring your activity?

Well I'm glad that nobody has reported as such, I just wanted to make sure, but thinking about it now there would be no reason it would hurt my console.. it's not like Violating the EULA can 'spread'.
