It appears the start of the holiday season was good to console makers Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft, with each reporting strong sales for the week of Thanksgiving. No, parents are buying systems for Christmas, and they are buying the cheapest systems they can find. Come Christmas morning there will be lots of kids excited to get a new gaming system, and by the afternoon they will all be at their friend's house playing PS3 or Xbox360!
