They may have to release that info to the judge, but not necessarily to the public. MS's lawyers would probably find a reason to keep that info secret.

That is, of course, if this even makes it to trial.

And by the way, I thought Gate retired from MS last year or the year before. Just because he still owns the controlling interest doesn't mean that he would have that info on hand. Technically, of course.

What he knows and what they can prove he knows is two different subjects.
