if you pressed factory setting you should be on the language screen, so choose english, then installation, choose provider (virgin or ntl etc)then go down to auto scan and do a scan,when the box is scanning you should see all the names of channels being found coming up on screen and the box will tell you on screen when the scan is completed,now press exit on your remote and go back to where it says installation and type 1570 on your remote and enter the hidden menu, there you will see emu towards the end of the screen, go to emu and use your right arrow button on the remote to change emu from off to on, now press exit and go back to tv channels, all being well they should be back working. you should read the list of updated threads for this section(look near the top of the screen on the right and you will see list of updated threads and threads without replies, click on list of updated threads and scroll down to this section and read the posts about nagravision 3 and boxes going down)as lots of areas are going down. by the way after doing a factory reset you will need to reset your clock time and your parental and favourite channel settings if you had any, and your pin number will now be 0000, but you can change that if you want to. i hope this sorts you out.
