Modded my Wii over a year ago with a D2sun and all's been working well until the recent New Super Mario bros it goes into level 2 then crashes!,Is anyone having the same prob or better still sorted it?

I have a D2SUN Pro and the new super mario brothers works fine on my wii.

I have a pal wii and i patched the game (game pal too) with the main.dol file thats needed and also installed neogamma and was able to play it through there.

Sadly my daughter run an update and its now the dreaded 4.2e so I may be knackered,Is there another reasonable priced solderless chip that I can put in to get round this although my D2sun did come with a tiny switch and ribbon,Anyone know what these do?
