so ive lost sound on virgin channel, every other channel is fine just virgin. i have picture just no sound. anyone else have this problem or does anyone have any remedies for me? any help appreciated lads

ya im havin the same problem was raging last night because there was no sound for police chases
when i read the thread title i thought ya were using a digivox t for virgin in uk lol

trust me... i will solve this problem for you.
make sure both ends of the scart lead are in properly and firmly
problem solved.

its only affected on one channel which is virgin 1 anyone else havin the problem on a digivox t

sorry guys, yeah im using a digivox t in ireland. channel virgin 1 has lost sound, every other channel is perfect. doubt its the scart as every other channel is fine, but thanks for your help. still no sound today, this is going on almost a week now

yeah haye digivox t and no sound on virgin 1 on a diff issue every time i press text on my remote on cefax it boots off any ideas

text is not something that works on boxes,maybe on rte or tv3.

I have the same problem with my Digivox-T in Ireland, I have picture with no sound for Virgin-1 , anyone know if there is a firmware update to fix this or have an ideas on this in general ?

did any of you delete the chan and rescan for it? this sounds like a simple issue of the provider moving the chan or miving the sound pid, just rescan.

That worked for me, I deleted the Virgin-1 channel and did a manual scan on frequency 338.000 and picked up Virgin-1 again, this time it had sound and picture,
