1.Open disc, put in wave 4 boot disc.
2.Wait for it to spin an say play DVD.
3. Replace that with Wave 4 disc, an the wait for spin.
4. Problem! never says play game, just play dvd, I have tried for over an hour, it wont work..
Any advice guys? Am I doing it wrong? Thanks for any response.

I had the same problem with AC2. I patched it to wave 3 and then the activate disk finally worked. You might try that...

I had the same problem with AC2. I patched it to wave 3 and then the activate disk finally worked. You might try that...
Well if you patched it to wave 3 you shouldn't need the boot disc.
To patch though; I would need to redo the burn yes? because I have to patch iso? Which sucks, because dvd dl are NOT cheap.. So this is the only way? An there's no way to know what firmware I have besides hooking to pc? Like a disc I could put in? To see my firmware? Thanks again xbox guru's
