Hi everyone,

I have softmode my wii by using LarryLie guide:
4.1 and below Firmware Softmod Guide - All Systems Except For Korean (LINKED 4.2 GUIDE)!

It's OK for playing backup games from DVD-R. But it has the problem with playing games from external USB HDD, all games (10 games) come up with black screen, and no response.

I used WTBS Manager to format and install ISO games to my HDD. I can use USBLoader GX to download images.

I have tried to install again cIOSrev14, but it still has the same problem. How can I fix the problem?

Thank you very much,
DBQ

format the HDD to fat32, and let the Wii format to WBFS, and then try to install those 10 games using the Wii DVD drive.

The Wii HDD can only suppport 500 gig, if you have 1 terabit patition into 2 or more.

Thank you for your reply,

I have divide my HDD into 3 parts:
- 1st par: NTFS for my movies
- 2nd par: FAT32 for wii images
- 3th par(active partition): WBFS for wii games

On the 3th par, I have used both wii and WBFS Manager to format and install Wii game (from ISO and DVD).

I don't know what's my problem?

Thank you,
DBQ.

A few games error out on me using that usb loader. Try launching them using NeoGamma. instead of DVD, choose USB.

It has nothing to do with the partitions in your HDD. In fact, I use an unpartitioned 1 TB for all my games. There is a known bug in USB Loader Gx. Many Revs even latest builds are incompatible with cIOS38 Rev14. You have to have the right USB Loader Gx Rev. I can't remember exactly which one. Alternatively, you can try cIOS38 Rev13 or cIOS38 Rev15 and see if either will work with the version that you currently have.

Thank you all bros,

I have fixed the problem by moving the WBFS partition into the first position in my external HDD. It solved my problem.

Thank you you all,
DBQ,
