I apologize if this has already been asked before.

I haven't connected to Xbox Live on my console for 4 months and so IT IS NOT BANNED. I have achievements from backup games on my profile - is signing into Xbox Live on a new console safe?

This means I could still earn achievments from backup games on my flashed Xbox and carry them to my new one. I have no intention to do so, however if it is true that Microsoft were flagging console before the ban wave then moving hard drives this way would appear to be suspicious.

Thoughts?
