I recenty softmodded my wii to 4.2 i formerly had wii 4.0 with softmii 2.9.5
i upgraded to 4.2 until i installed preloader .30
I know yesterday i saw there was a wad to fix the bug but i unfortunately didnt bookmark it can anyone help please

And yes i was an idoiot and didnt backup my system first with bootmii

yes but I found a fix install this wad
Unpatched 4.2u system menu.wad
but then just reinstall bootmii also now i have completely backed up the system just incase :-)

I am new to softmodding and had a similar problem. Where did you find the Unpatched 4.2u system menu.wad? Can you post the location.
