So I'm running HBC on 4.2U how do I make it so I don't need to use HBC and can just have my apps on the main channel selection?

You will have to install all your apps as channels. Find the WAD format of all the apps and install them using WAD Manager. This will take up the space in your NAND. It is best to just have all your apps in the SD card and launch them via the HBC.

Thank you.. How big is the wii's nand? The only channels I would really like on the main menu are SNES and NES.

EDIT: I just did some research.. and can I only have VC games as channels? I want a snes and nes and maybe sega emu.

The Wii's NAND is 512MB only. You can try this app, Multi-Forwarders Channel. It has the emulators in it.
