Iso won't play screen goes black

Like the subject says I put and ISO of Yugioh Tag Force 4 on my MS and it won't run, the screen just stays black. I was looking at other topics and i upgraded my firmware from 5.00 to 5.50 gen b, and d2 and the game still won't work I also tried m33 driver and sony np9660 and it still won't run, anything else i can do?
