Wii wont recognize Super Smash Bros

I am using a softmoded Wii with all the latest updates. I am running USB Loader Gx. USB Loader or the Disc Channel will not recognize Super Smash Bros. This is the only game that this has happened on, all others install, load, and play just fine. I am leaning towards an IOS issue (trying to load with 249), but cant find any info on if I should be trying a different one??? Any suggestions?
