MySpace has announced that it has acquired certain assets from online music service Imeem in an effort to expand their streaming music offerings. wow only $1 mill for that site? They must have serious expenses to give it away like that. Right!

Obviously they didn't sell the business for $1 mil,that would be ridiculous considering they're up to $25mil capital in 6 years... just "some assets", whatever that means,shares,services... worth $1 million.
