not to worried about that i have 4 xboxs here for spares. lol none of them have ever been on xbox live as long as i've had them anyways.

Well i was not really talking about getting banned, i'd be more worried about bricking one!!
And honestly i am a pretty daring person trying stuff most would not, but at the same time i do use some caution.
;)
If what is out there at the moment works i am content waiting a few more days or a week or two for an official and known secure release of anything.
But then again, i have always hacked my own firmware and "known" hacked firmware for various things....

Even with a bad flash or bad firmware ?
I doubt that very much.
You can brick any drive with the wrong firmware or any number of reasons that something has messed up.
$H!T, a 360 that has never been opened can brick itself!!!!!

What he's saying is that you can't really brick a drive beyond repair, as even most bricked consoles can be fixed by doing a flash through DOS. I have done this numerous times with BenQ and Liteon models that have had a bad flash by someone who didn't know what they were doing.

Right, that didnt take long to figure out what someone has done.
Someone has simply find > Replaced Zero fields (00) with 32 (20)
And its not 1.41 its a modified version of 1.61.
Hope this helps everyone. Dont waste your time downloading.
