Hi no one is actully giving the full facts. At present there are 5 stations which have gone and they all use a frequency of 491,000 and the ident says Falkirk;which is different from all the working channels.So if you check the frequency you will find its as above . To see what is what select the channel and the frequency will show at the bottom right hand side and if you then select OK you will also see were the station comes from!

if only 5 channels have gone, why does my box super keep finding only 103 each time after reset & scan,can v mess with the the box super itself because of doing a reset & scan or not ?.

check your providers website first for breakdowns,problems in your area and bookmark page,uk are moving in some areas to nagra 3=no fix.

got mine working with extra channels 338 in all.
just did a re instalation then re scan.
all fine now thanks for your help.

Hey guys, just wondering anyone missing animal planet, i'm N*L dublin 15 area.... tried a rescan but no joy.. does anyone know if there is a way to get this back?

When they went down in ireland 6 months ago as the switchover to nag 3 began the earlier starviews 1,2,3, went off 1st on the switch over along with starview 4. A fix was brought out for starview 4 after a couple of weeks but anybody with the earlier version was left high and dry. It may explain why your starview 3 in the area is being affected and 5 working as this is the newer gerneration so the fix from the Starview 4 model would be incorpated in the 5 box as they are pretty much identical.

you cant, all premium chans gone to Nagra 3 encryption, no fix for it, use the search function above to search for Nagra 3 info

some people need to go to specsavers, read the thread, chans are gone to Nagra 3, you wont get them back, its the end of cable boxs in their current form in Ireland, use the search function and search for Nagra 3.

i have been round to a few friends who are still getting all channels with the same box & in same area, so i tried to scan mine at thier places, but still the same only getting 103 channels of mixed free & pay per view. i have done factory reset & default, no spliter, have checked my key numbers are the same as thiers & they are.so what am i doing wrong. any help please.

two weeks ago i lost all my channels but today i tried a manual scan and i have got all my channels back so everyone in the same situation should try the same.
you will also need to have the latest firmware and make sure that you have all cables pluged in properly with no splitters
I hope it helps

Have the strangest feeling it's in the UK Mickah mate and has to do with when parts went off over there about 2 weeks ago and channels were moved around.
