digivox t software problem

hi i got a digivox t a few weeks ago and put the software on it done a chanell back up when i organised the channels and everything is ok. i bought another one for in laws and loaded the software on it then loaded the chanel dump on to it but i forgot to click on channel download mode it was still on app mode so the software loaded onto the box software an now all that comes up on screen is CHDL can i overcome this problem or is the box f***edd any help would be appreciated

did ya try reflashing the box with the software in the appropiate section or if ya can go into menu do a factory reset and reflash box

it wont let me into menu. nothing on screnn of tv when i switch box on tv screen goes into av mode as it should but then stays on blue screen when CHDL comes on screen of decoder .. it wont let me flash over it again it says flash download failed

reflash again,power off box then press download followed by powering box on,it does work as it just depends if it works 1st or 10th time.
factory reset then rescan your channels.
