Hi,
this is my very first post and i'm pretty new to the wii so i apologise in advance. I've tried searching but can't quite get the right answer.
I have a new wii black console running 4.1e with a leh500 serial number.
I managed to install hbc and neo gamma following the guide from larry which was immense. My first problem came from not being able to play dvd-r's which i have now put down to possibly having the d3-2 chip (haven't cracked it open to look but i think it's a fair assumption) so i decided to go down the usb loader route.
followed a guide from usb loader gx. everything went fine and ended up with a usb loader channel.
Now comes the problem of that channel won't load. It does one of two things depending on where i load it from. If i load it from the channel it'll have a splash screen that will dissappear then after about 20 seconds it reboots back to the wii menu. if i load it from hbc with the sd card in then it'll come up with the black screen then just stay on a black screen.
I used WBFS manager 3.0 to get my hdd ready (which is a WD 500gb) but can't get past the black screens.
Sorry for the long post.
hope someone can help.
when installed usb loader gx i also installed cIOS36rev10 and cIOS38rev14)
hope i've give enough information. if not please say and i'll try my best
Thanks in advance

I have the same issue aswell...pretty much the same. So I will watch this thread and maybe we can figure this out. From what I gathered with neogamma and newer Wii's, new Wii drives cannot read DVD-r disc. Hope im wrong or the info I read is wrong.

I will add this though, make sure your USB drive is is in the USB port to your left facing the Wii.

I have two wii 1 with 3.2u with the blank screen problem with iso249, but it works with iso122. And the other 1 works fines. I've try every thing but can't get any usb loader to work on that wii 3.2u.
