Delete them by going to data management/channels.

Then find NeoGamma (latest version or at least NeoGamma R7) wad file and install it using WAD manager.

Use DOP-IOS and reinstall IOS30. This fixed the issue for me.

You can get DOP-IOS in the guide below in my sig.

That's right you don't have HBC.

Do this.

Extract the softmod pack I have available in my guide. Also extract the "Extract to SD Card" file to your PC (do not extract it to your SD Card).

After you extract the files place the private folder that was extracted onto your SD card.

Then go to the apps folder that was also extracted and find the dop-ios folder. Place the boot.dol file inside the DOP-IOS folder on the root of the SD card. We are now finished.

Do not place the SD card in at this time.

Go to Wii ICON (Bottom left hand corner)>DATA MANAGEMENT>CHANNELS>SD CARD TAB (make sure you go to CHANNEL not GAME DATA).

You will get a message saying "Nothing is inserted in the SD Card slot".

At this time insert the SD card into the Wii System.

You will get a message saying "Load Boot dol/elf?" Select YES.

Thus should boot DOP-IOS and let you reinstall IOS30.

After that place the Hackmii boot.dol back onto the root of the SD card and try installing HBC again.
