psp will not turn on maby bricked?

Ok my psp will not turn on one of my friends had it and said they flashed flash 0 or 1 not sure which. Ok it is a fat psp 1001. The psp green light comes on with the battery in it then goes off after a peoriod of time. On charger green light comes on but stays on. Nothing shows up on the screen no buttons work either. will not go into recovery mode either nothing works. Is it the screen or is it fully bricked my friend has a pandora battery but no mms.

ok now i tried the software on it and heres what happened when i put the pandora battery in the psp the green light came on but imediatly after went off. Does anyone have any suggesgins?

yes i am and when i dont hold the triger button it does nothing but doest turn off. ITs like detecting it and will not let it? i dont no but yes im holding the left trigger

yes i did and making it was not a prolblem at all but it wont like boot the software. will this work, if my friend like i said earlier flashed one of the flashs 0 or 1.
