starview 3 lost most channels

When i do a scan i cant find all the channels. Two weeks ago i could get more than 300 channels but now i can only get less than 100.
I have done a system restore and scaned again but the channels are not comming up does any one have any ideas...

I know that starview 4&5 are working fine

I think the problem is only with older versions of the box like starview 3

did you update the firmware? whats the latest firmware you have on it?

You need to scan without a splitter on the line also, if the signal is weak in anyway you will miss chans on the scan? Whats your signal level?

I have got no splitter and my firmware is 8.04e_E on starv1ew 3
signal quality is...
level 50%
quality 99%
