wave4 game bricked my xbox?

i have a 360 with a older firmware (xtreme 5.3b). so i went to put a copy of a wave 4 game in my box without the boot disc and it asked to update my box... as soon as i pressed the ok button boom, rrod... anyone know what the problem is and how to possibly fix this?

i highly doubt that a wave 4 game gave you rr0d,only hitachi's read wave 4 game without a bootdisc,xtreme 5.3b? what is that

Before iXtreme there was Xtreme. And flashing to iX1.6 won't help. You need an rrod repair.

nevermind, i read the sticky... i had the xclamp fix done a few years ago actually by someone else... ill see if maybe i can re do it
