hi ppl

how can i backup my original xbox 360 games to my 120gb HDD and play them
note : my xbox is not modded and not flashed too..

Then you can't.

Actually, you can't backup games and play them from the hard drive, period(at least not simply by flashing). You can install them and run them from the hd, but still need the disk regardless.

With the NXE update you can install the games to the HDD. You will still need the disc in though.

If you want to play the games without the disc then you will need to have a 360 that can execute homebrew. Your 360 can't have any updates during this August though to do this.

You must mod your Xbox360 to do anything with it. Start digging into the threads on this forum & the other one, you'll get the hang of it.

do i need to intall a chip into it to be modded or only soft modding will be enough to do every thing ?

All you can do is play burnt games, which can be done by flashing your xbox.
