DVD error 1101?

Hi all,
I have done the softmode for my first wii using larrie's guide, and everything works fine ( play backup DVD, external hard drive). And I do it one more time with my another wii the same thing, but this time I got the DVD error 1101 when play the same backup DVD.
So what should I check?

Any help will be appriciated!

Updated:
- working wii has serial # LU73xxxx
- not working wii has serial # LU11xxx

Both of them have 4.0u before softmode and 4.1u after

i got a dvd read error 1101, turned out to be i had the d3-2 drive so couldn't play back up dvds. had to go down usb loader route
