can a pandora's battery be charged? I made one by cutting the pin inside the battery. However, I made it 3 years ago. I am kind of worried to see what will happen if I plug the charger into the psp and try to charge the battery.

I got a psp fat never hacked version OFW 5.55 and would like to add gen-d. From what I read a psp ofw 5.55 can not be hacked unless I use the pandora batrery to downgrade. is this statement true? if so, is there a guide I can use for OFW 5.55?

yes that is true, and yes you need to charge the battery.
