How to ground xbox 360 for drive flashing from a laptop?

Hello, anyone can please help me with this? My laptop has an e-sata, and I am waiting for my e-sata to sata cable to arrive, but I was wondering after reading the tutorials, how do you ground the XBOX 360 with the laptop????

Also, what type of SATA conection does the Xbox drive have? the "L" type, the "I" type? Still got chance to change the cable I ordered if I ordered it wrong.... =S

i really dont think you have to worry about grounding it, i never did, and i haven't ever read of something happening from not doing it.
