Accidently slipped forward, resulting in a screwdriver making contact at two seperate points on the PS3`s on/off/opendisc/closedisc area

around here.

After that, the PS3 shut down, And now it refuses to turn back on. Even by the PS3 controller.

So. You think if I buy the part of the PS3 as displayed in the pic and replace it with a new one, It will work?

Nevermind...Left it off for an hour or so. I guess it did some kind of self-diagnostic repair. and now it works fine o.o
