psp memory stick goes to 0 kb from 120mb?

ok, i turned on my psp and looked at my games, then i noticed that my memory stick was at 0, but before that it had like 120 mb. i dont know what happened. i recall changing around ctf themes,and playing a few homebrew, thats all. its a psp slim 5.00m33-4. i didnt put anything else in it when it still had 120. please help me out.....

i would suggest copying your stuff to desktop, reformatting the card and then copy your stuff back in one folder at a time, and dont copy the folder just the contents.
