How do I transfer data fram PC to 360

I downloaded all these game updates from http://www.operationsports.com/DrUrsus/blog/ and want to know how to get them from my pc to 360.
What do I need to buy an Xport or something. And do I need to buy a memory card or can I transfer them straight to my hdd.

i think yours just has a nice little cradle for the drive to sit in. with the first one, it just clips into into the slot.

Got my xport 360 docking station in the post today.
I tried putting some roster updates on my 20gb hdd with it but when I try to load them it says the file is damaged or corrupt.
I followed this tutorial to put the roster file on it.

Ok I downloaded a bunch of roster files from the link in my first post. The rosters for nba 2k10 work fine but in madden and ncaa it says the file is damaged. I've downloaded it a couple of times and nothing.
Help wabashman.

I just purchased one in the first link but I was wondering if this same cable can be used to transfer my DLC back and forth to different drives?
