Text on the bottom right of screen, why?

All of a sudden my psp started showing text at the bottom right of the screen. Something like CPU 98% something something. The games play fine its just a tad annoying. Any ideas how to get rid of it?

i noticed that you have posted alot about messing with the flash settings and putting custom themes. you should not mess around alot with that stuff as you are going to brick your psp permenatly. start the psp with the select button pushed in and look for cpu speed or display and untick it leave those settings as default.

They already were on default. I hadn't touched them. It appears the writing only appears when I play games from the memory stick. There's no writing when I use a UMD.
