(ps.please dont say things like YOUR A CHEATER play the game without the cheats...ihave this is like my 10th run threw of the game i just wanna do it with the cheats now THANKS!!)
Nah, I kid, I kid. Anyway, there's no way to use Gameshark cheats on the PSN version, at least that I'm aware of. I doubt you'd even be able to do it using the Swap Switch method. If you absolutely must play it with cheats, then playing it on your PC would be the best bet.
The only way to do it is via the gamesaves. You can download someones ps1 games save (with codebreaker codes on already) then using an exploited ps2, ( ullaunch.elf, or even action replays game save manager) copy the save across to the ps2 memory card. Then use a ps2 to ps3 memory card adaptor and copy the save from the ps2 mem card to the virtual memory card on the ps3. I cant say 100% that this method will work, but its the only possibility that could work, (and I have done it myself for other ps1 games, but I had the disc version, although it shouildnt be any different for the psn version just get the save file for your region)
I remember finding out a way to get PS1 saves onto a regular PS1 memory card via the PS3 memory card adapter using a PC. It was very complicated, though, and the only thing I ever did with it was change region codes of a FFIX gamesave from PAL to NTSC to help someone with a PAL game get through a certain part of the game.
I forget exactly how I did it; it involved downloading a driver for the memory card adapter (since it's just a USB connector), downloading an all-Japanese program to put the save onto the memory card, downloading a hex-editor to change the code of the gamesave, and downloading programs to convert gamesave formats. It was very complicated. I don't recommend it.
