Need help installing a usb loader

Can anyone tell me what Im doing wrong? I found a usb loader that looks good called Configurable USB Loader, but when I try to load it in the homebrew channel I get this:

ERROR:
Custon IOS 249 could not be loaded! (1-4100)

Are you sure you installed IOS249? The only reasons I can think of for getting that error are if you missed installing it or somehow installed a very old version that doesn't support the usb loader. You want to install version 14 or 15. They're basically the same but v15 has better support for dual layer games.

Yeah makes alot of sense. Im gonna delete and start over with installing homebrew. I think I skipped installing some things actuall y forgot about that. Thanks
