Firmware 1.4 Non stealth anyone banned?

Hi Can anyone please tell me has anyone been banned on firmware 1.41 benq? this firmware suppose to have no security check. If anyone has been banned have they have ripped the games them selves with ss v2 angle can you let us know please.

why not read through the 1000000000000 page 'OMG i got banned, FU microsoft' thread? there were numerous posts in there that stated what FW they were running.

ok mate settle down I was trying to say that 1.41 is safe not as many codes are implented in the 1.41 cause it does not do any stealth check.
you just have to be carefull when ripping the dvds

I'de be interested in hearing the response to this, i have tried to search and cant find anyone who has been banned on 1.4 or 1.41??
Could be a temporary answer while we wait for LT?!

I do wonder if there is any truth to this, though the fact that it didn't come up sooner males me think there's a flaw with this idea.

who wants to go through 60+ pages to try to find people who were banned, especially when the entire thread is mostly off topic and people ranting about anything under the moon. Much easier to just have a thread like this that says "hey, post here if you were using 1.41 and were banned or not".
So ANYONE using 1.40 or 1.41 post if you were banned in the latest wave or if you made it through!

Sounds good, i think 1.41 may be worth a go then!
I'll flash tomorrow and report back.... (although hope i havent already been flagged on 1.61 - never been online since the ban wave in fear that i have been banned!)

cant really see this working considering one of the first ban waves was with many people using 1.4
The codes involving security checks seems almost legible but you would think ms knows this as well as us. Well worth a try id appreciate it.

Yes but those people weren't necessarily properly checking their games via abgx, among other things.

ok sounds like a plan. when 1.41 came out I think people was not checking the discs proply. So you have to make sure the SS v2 split vid and abgx.
I am also going to re rip all my games because I used Kreon to rip it which I dont trust any more.

ok how do you actually check for SSv2? ABGX doesnt appear to does it?
Need to know if my MW2 etc is as 'safe' as it can be before i check this 1.41 firmware
I believe the 1.41 REV 5 is the one to go for....?
