I have 2 360 consoles, both aren't banned. one has benq1.41 for offline backups and I have a stock arcade for live use only. I use the same harddrive on both. but when i put it in the offline backup console i can't use any of the dlc i get for single player games off of the live console. is there a way to use my dlc? or do i have to hook up to live on to use it?

The DLC is locked to the console and profile that downloaded it, so yes, you'd have to sign onto Live when using another console.
