After i installed herms ios222 i can no longer play backups from a disc or a usb i have not tested regular discs and i hope they still work at least i get an error IMET Bad Header on usb loader GX i tried other backup loaders as well i used ios249 to install the ios222 so if i reinstall a ios249 will that go back to normal or would a nand restore fix it please help i would really appreciate it

(UPDATE)
i can now play wii backups but only from a disc and only on neo gamma channel R6 I cannot boot from a usb/sd card i think all i will need is a ios249.wad and then it would all be fine so if anyone could hint to me where i can find it if its illegal to post a download link for it that would be great

If you already had IOS249 (cIOS38_rev14 is an example) then you already have it.

I would use CFG USB Loader instead of GX anyway.

The guide in my sig for CFG USB Loader will let you play games from a FAT32 system (no WBFS partition required).

Also if you want to make sure you have IOS249 installed then go to the softmod guide in my link and follow the cIOS38_rev14: section (don't forget to download the softmod pack).

after i installed the hermes ios 222 the wii wont load games from the usb i have no idea whats going on i even used wad manager to remove ios222 and no luck

IOS222 should not stop a USB Loader from working,. Did you try using the loader I told you to use? GX is crap as far as I am concerned. CFG is the way to go.

i used several loaders nothing works this all started after i installed ios222 i didnt install nothing else i only installed the ios222 because i was following your guide of using FAT32 usb loaders instead i get nothing at all

Reinstall Preloader to get your system menu back.

Make sure you have the USB Device plugged in the proper USB Slot. 1 will work and 1 will not with the USB Loader. So try switching the USB to device to the other USB Slot on the back of the Wii.

yeah i had it in the proper plug as if it was lying down on the floor it was in the plug nearest to the ground it loads the usb but games dont work so im giving up on this i have no choice but to use DVD-R discs thanks for trying to help but theres 1 strange thing thats happend to my wii my wii backups are now showing in the wii disc channel but gets a black screen

ok im suck an idiot my iso files were corrupted all this time the stupid wbfs manager 2.2.1 i think it is i was an idiot and used that one instead of 3.0 im so sorry for all this all for nothing
