If i try to burn a x360 game with img everything goes fine
When writing is exact at 50% i get write errors and write proces fails
Is this a wrong setting ? I dont no but i have try to burn 3 different games and with all 3 at 50% the writing faills.
And it hurts when i have to trow 3 off my lovely verbatim disc
Somebody who knows what i mean? then help me please.

I was having the same problem too. It appears your DVD burner cannot support burning Wave 4 isos. There are two suggestions I will give you. Either get the latest firmware update for your DVD burner(use Windows+R button to run devmgmt.msc to get your exact name and model number for your DVD burner, then google for firmware update or go to the manufacturer's site), then try burning again and see if problem persists. Second option is to try patch downgrade the iso to Wave 3 or Wave 2 and then burn. You can get very good iso patch from this thread.

Have you tried updating the firmware of your burner? Which wave the game is should make no difference whatsoever in terms of the burn failing at the layerbreak.

yeah i have a old burner for burning my duallayer disks , its a
phillips DVD+-RW DVD8801 with firmware from 2001 and there is no newer software for it
So what you say that most be the problem i have
I hope Santa will give one
Don't need a expensive one with 16 write speed and that kind of shit
I only burning 360 games (at 2.4 speed) and thats what i do most.
Is pionier still no 1 or what do you recommend?
not to expensive please , hard times for me at the moment lol

BUT i burn many disks with wave 4 and having no problems wile burning
And i already wanted to buy a new burner if you now sure its an old firmware problem than now its the time to get a new one
So it is not a wrong setting in img never have it before that burning stops at 50%

downgraded a game (wave 4) to a game (wave 3)
and burning it now so now we will see if i can get it burned
I will let you know off course
Burning with wave 3 give me the same problem
at 50% the burning stops and give me the write error
Maby my burner is at the end of is live and most i buy a new one
Please some advise about witch type of burner i can get
BUT why burn error at 50% every time
Some settings wrong in imgburn?
Somebody who reconized this? tell me!
