i'm getting a 360 elite 120gb at the end of the week and i have a few questions:

1. what are the chances of getting the new unmoddable lite-on drive?
2. would the arcade version have a different chance on getting this drive?

i won't be using live so i just want to mod my drive to play backup games offline.

JusT got an elite (120) today its MFD is 2009 sumthin I looked through "Magic Hole" YELLOW EFFIN WIRES Bro Im Pretty Sure Its A Lite-on....I was all amped to flash it and stuff but marveling in its glory....Even if I was able to flash it I Probly Couldnt Go Through With it lOl Its WAYYYY too sexy to risk, plus i got a year warranty on it

I got it from a local gamestop...you will proly havfta get sumthiin used to have any luck

That reminds me of when i was into PSPs And I Had The guy who worked at gamestop check the firmware for EVERY SINGLE used PsP there to make sure it was low enough so i could hack it....I Ended up finding one that was already modded lOl

go to walmart in a small town, they are more likely to have older stock.
Go to electronics section and find the 360 box with the most dust on it. Works for me EVERYTIME

I went to a Best Buy looking for jtag-able jaspers and found an Arcade bundle from 03/09 with pacman and uno on the box a week ago so older stock is still out there.
